WiBOO is a web-based destined to join the social network to electronic commerce, focused on providing a service to MSEs service. The platform is the latest acquisition of ICG (Intelligence Consulting Group), a consulting firm based in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.

The idea of creating WiBOO was based on a market study commissioned by ICG, which showed that 99 percent of employers in Brazil are owners of micro and small enterprises. However, 52 percent of them are not using the digital marketing to expand its business due to lack of knowledge or the very high prices of advertising.
By creating a virtual market combined with intuitive social network, WiBOO hopes to attract the attention of most of these companies neglected. The business owners can buy very affordable "virtual windows" and offer promotions and discounts to existing and new customers.

The platform aims to assist WiBOO user types or very specific customers:
Users of the social network, who may interact similarly to Facebook way, but in a more clean and intuitive.
